Notice to Tourists

All non-Belizeans entering South Water Caye Marine Reserve must pay an entrance fee of:

  • $5.00 USD per day up to 3 days
  • $15.00 USD for 4-7 days
  • $18.00 USD for 8-10 days
  • Student rate is $10.00 USD for 10 Days

Officers from the Fisheries Authority will be making daily visits to the island to collect these fees. Tickets can be bought at Gra-Gra Lagoon Office in Dangriga Town, Fisheries Department in Belize City or at the Twin Cayes Ranger Station South Water Caye Marine Reserve.

By paying this small fee, you are contributing to the protection of this beautiful Marine Reserve which is a World Heritage Site.
